BATCH MEAL PREP GUIDE - May 30, 2025

Here’s your meal prep guide for the week!

Each week I share a meal prep guide with my paid community members to help you cook seasonal, nutrient dense meals in an efficient, low effort way ;)

These recipes are always posted before the weekend so you have time to review the recipes and shopping list, collect the ingredients, and set some time aside for your batch prep session. Down below, you’ll see the menu for the week (with links to the recipes and grocery list), as well as a timeline on how to prep for this week.

keep in mind: I use traditional ways of cooking to receive the most nutrients possible, so some ingredients require them to be prepped hours in advance, even overnight before cooking.

Sourdough Discard Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Cups

Keeping these into the rotation this week… they are just too good & wayyyyy too easy. Like always, pair your breakfast with a cup of bone broth or warm tea with a scoop of gelatin!

Chicken Brat & Avocado Flatbread

We had some extra brats this week from Memorial Day, so i through together these brat flatbreads and they did not disappoint. Topped with raw cheese, caramelized peppers & onions, and sauerkraut… these hit the spot. If you can’t find any good quality chicken brats like these, grab some uncured chicken sausage links… i know costco has a few good ones and so does Whole Foods! Pasture raised is the best you can get, but it’s expensive and hard to find, so the next best option is to find uncured without any added sugar, seed oils, or preservatives!

Open Face Burgers

There are always an easy win. Whether it’s sourdough bread, sweet buns, lettuce wraps, etc., open face burgers are a great easy option. We did them on our sourdough flatbreads this week and topped with raw cheese and caramelized onions. I paired them with some prepped carrots, kefir ranch, and a cucumber tomato salad mix. Such a delicious, nourishing meal.

French Toast Breakfast Flatbreads

Yep. You heard that right. This sweet & savory combo was absolutely DELICIOUS and done in 20 minutes or less. I dipped my flatbreads in a french toast mix, scrambled my sausage & beef blend with some eggs, and topped it all with some raw cheese. Add a drizzle of maple syrup and you get the perfect blend of sweet & savory, all in one, nourishing meal. My french toast mix is made without added sweetener, the only sugar you’re getting is from the drizzle of maple syrup, so it’s not overly sweet.

Mashed Sweet Potato & Sausage Bowl

This is one of those “throw it all together in a bowl” meals lol. Our mashed potatoes have added bone broth for some gut healing benefits, the sausage & beef blend is the perfect balance of flavor and nutrients, and it’s topped with anything your heart desires! Have fun with this and use whatever is in your fridge that needs used up!

Sourdough Discard Flatbreads

These flatbreads are a little something different from our tortillas, and they were delicious! I milled my own flour this weeks which was a really fun and new addition to my cooking skills. They are so versatile and freezer friendly! As always, make an extra batch or 2 to have some stocked up in the freezer! This was the recipe I followed: Farmhouse on Boone Sourdough Discard Flatbreads

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Sourdough Discard Bars

Just from the name, you can tell these are delicious. The recipe i shared is from someone from in the sourdough Facebook group i’m in got from ChatGPT, and she raved about how they turned out… I can agree. They make for the perfect dessert and are so yummy paired with a cup of raw milk!

My goal with all of the recipes is to use the same variety of ingredients, just turned into different flavor profiles… that way your grocery trip is short & sweet.

I get it, life is BUSY. We are constantly on the go, places to be, people to see… but that shouldn’t stop you from investing time in yourself & in your health. When we eat for nutrition vs macros & looks, you’re entire life can turn around…
