Sourdough Discard Breakfast Cups
a high protein, gut healthy breakfast prep to help fuel fat loss and kickstart your metabolism
hi friends!!
i’ve been doing a lot of thinking about how i want my paid memberships to feel, and more importantly, how I can make them truly helpful for you.
right now, my monthly meal plans are at the heart of it all: organized, batch-prep friendly, and full of nourishing recipes designed to support gut health, protein-first meals, and sustainable fat loss.
but I also know that sometimes you just want one great recipe. A simple, feel-good meal without digging through an entire plan. so here’s what I’m thinking:
👉 I’m going to start sharing full recipes separately from the meal plans, exclusively for members.
this way, you can still enjoy the full weekly structure or just grab a quick recipe to try when inspiration strikes!!
These recipes will still follow my signature style:
✔️ Easy to prep
✔️ Gut-friendly
✔️ High-protein
✔️ Rooted in real, whole food
I want your membership to be something you actually use, whether you’re cooking for the week ahead or just trying to get a nourishing meal on the table.
let me know if this feels helpful to you! I always appreciate hearing what would make your life easier in the kitchen :)
now let’s dive into a delicious breakfast prep that is SO easy to make.
Sourdough Discard Breakfast Cups

Macros per cup: 160 cals | 10g protein | 11g fat | 5g carbs
These egg bites are an AWESOME breakfast prep for a few reasons… they are highly customizable (want lower fat? Swap a few of the whole eggs for egg whites or use chicken or turkey sausage vs pork. want more fillings? add spinach, sautéed onions & peppers, sweet potatoes, squash, etc.), they are super easy to make in big batches, and they help you use up extra discard, which ALSO helps you get probiotics first thing in the morning, which your gut & metabolism will love. do you need another reason to make these??
